Our standard refund policy: Full refund, with a minimum of 48-hour notice, prior to the start of the tour. Guests will also receive a full refund, in case of operator cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances, on our behalf. Please note: We are happy to reschedule your ride for a later date, should an emergency arise. However, no credit/refund will be given for day-of cancellations, partial attendance, no-shows or late arrivals. All tours depart promptly at scheduled times - with or without you.
ST. AUGUSTINE PARKING INFORMATION
Adjacent to the VIC, there is a 1,200-car facility that has proven to be our guests favorite location for quick-and-easy parking. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the parking facility is conveniently located within walking distance to St. George St. and San Marco Ave., as well as the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Francis Field. Drivers are not required to wear face coverings. ace masks are not required, but instead used at the guest's discretion. This is an amazing open air, outdoor experience. PLEASE NOTE ON GROUP RIDES: This is a SHARED experience. Guests will travel and be seated TOGETHER - as one party -in one carriage.
Gratuity for your Carriage or Character Driver is not included in the price of the tour. Although not expected, it is happily accepted. Standard gratuity ranges from 15%-20% of the per person ride price.
Wine: Wine is no longer included in the pricing for the carriage rides (*note the exciting new lower pricing for the rides). Wine packages are now offered as an 'add on'.

Carriage Entry: The ability to climb into (pull up) and out of the carriage is required. We cannot accommodate wheelchairs or walkers on the carriages.
Routes: Carriage routes are predetermined and specified (strictly enforced) by the City of St. Augustine. The number of lights viewed, depends on the participating businesses and private homes, along the designated route.
What to Bring: You are welcome to bring your own cozy blanket, if on a carriage ride, during the winter months.
Weather: Rides are held rain or shine. Check the forecast and come prepared – we do not provide umbrellas or ponchos. Rides may be rescheduled based on SEVERE conditions, such as a severe thunderstorm (lightening)! Guests will be notified in advance, if the decision is made to cancel or reschedule a particular ride.
Please note: Group carriage rides are NOT accommodating for children nor pets (unless a private ride is booked). We offer 'Family Friendly' Character Rides. The character/shuttle rides do NOT include wine and are more suited for our younger guests.

Great for FAMILIES or fun, loving guests! Can seat up to 9 adult-size guests. However, costumed character may alarm small children. The character rides do NOT include wine. Please note, there may be 'adult humor' on the rides.
